Fri 11/25 Mano/National/Gold/Jr.Gold Oahu Club  7:30-9:30/10am

Sat 11/26 Naia/Mano/National/Gold/Jr.Gold Oahu Club 7-9:30/10am or Swim Meet 

Mon 11/28-Thur 12/15 Normal Practice Schedule

Fri 12/16-Mon 12/19 State Championships (No Practice)

Christmas Break workouts:

Tues 12/20 - Fri 12/23, Mon 12/26-Sat 12/31  7-10am Oahu Club  Mano/National/Gold/Jr.Gold

Fri 12/23, Fri 12/30 Beach Workout (surf permitting) 4pm-5:30pm

Other younger groups have practice at the Oahu Club Wed 12/21,Fri 12/23,Wed 12/28,Fri 12/30 3:30-4:30pm
